possible,, but atm on the monthly.. the bears are building a railroad, if they get the close. of course there will be bounces..

people have to realize the yen put the eu at the highs. and the yen can take it away. japan is a manufactures/exporting country. so they tried to sell more products by lowering the price. at the same time japan has few natural resources used in manufacturing. so today each time they sell a product, the commodity oil, is in it. so it cost more to make, and they sell it for less. this is not sustainable. those procucts made 9 months ago with the cheaper oil are shrinken. the new ones cost much more to make.. margins cant handle negative profit for long.

you are 100% on that. not too mention that their bonds pay about 1/2 percent for a 10 year and 2 percent for a 30 year who the hell would buy them when the currency is gonna target 2 % inflation. already the yen has devalued by what 30% anyone holding JGB's is pissed off and thats everyone in their country.

European Indices closed green and this is month's end all cards are possible where it will close.

japans run out of options though i think abe is crazy and will try to get usd/yen to 100. plus the us stock market is getting pumped full of QE money and it cant even get a pullback. i think we'll get another push higher in everything, euro, yen, stocks and oil then we'll crash. the central banks are only causing bubbles even though they say they are not. the only way this stops is when the market gets to an obvious bubble (we are already there imo) and has a wiley E coyote moment it looks down and see's nothing supporting it.

Indeed. I've been thinking the past 2 days at what has been driving this market. It's basically when BB reinforced his commitment to liquidity. So, we are back where we were before all of this discussing how earnings cannot seen seen as fuel for higher prices.. All I see is risk.. and yet the risk off move is hiding in the closet from this one..

You can see on my 4h chart that the down arrows are where PA looks to be going but the last 4h close sat on a bottom if it breaks that bottom we will most likely see 3025

Larger setback for EURUSD.

We believe that downside risks for the EUR have
increased while political uncertainty continues. A move through 1.30 would risk
opening the way for a EURUSD decline towards the November low at 1.2660 and
even the 1.2500 area over the coming weeks, in our view. The medium-to-longer
term EUR outlook will still depend to a large extent on political and financial market
stability in peripheral Europe, with clarification of the political situation in Italy required


to restore the EUR’s recovery trend.
