Nothing changed from yesterday - so the hope for additional easing is back: risk-on: pile into the stock market, USD down, short covering for the expected rally... same-same as before - unless a stock sell-off happens.

Very clever really - I suspected the truth of Bernanke's previous statement that QE may be reduced: the Fed played into the hands of a technically overbought stockmarket by precipitating a correction and then cutting it short by saying upping the dose of QE is actually what the "recovery" needs. very clever indeed.

Let's see if it has the desired effect.

While the DJI has hit its head on the Upper Trend Line Ceiling a few times my RSI suggests that we could see a reasonable push up through it at some point:

So 1.3130 has held so far which is roughly the 4H 21 EMA and also the 38.2 fibo level from the February 25th drop. I wonder if it will break to the upside towards the 1.3180 level? US treasury yields haven't really moved much since yesterday so I'm pretty confident that the big money is still risk off. We'll see what the next few sessions bring.

We will see!!! Wave 5 of C has been a little funky. But I am eyeing .3150-55 entry. Have to wait for 4 of 5 to finish and then 5 waves up for the last 5. Then Slide baby slide!!! Then problem is the final wave 5 down will not be that large I don't think. When we make the turn and the top of wave 4 is established I will put a projected target.

Beautiful 15 min chart MIG.

I believe SP500 will most likely hit 1520 before the impulsive move down begins. Euro will soon follow. If it breaks 1520 then it will most likely try the high in the 1530 area.
