i posted the one with the cluttered to make it look more'professional' to maybe earn a Vouch
seriously though some heads up on indicators.......
1) The default values are there for a reason - optimizing them will cause a curve fit to occur
2) Unless you understand the maths of an indicator, you cannot possibly understand what it is telling you: for example you know how to calculate a moving average right? 4 + 5 + 5 + 6 = 20 / 4 = 5 = the moving average with a period of 4 but do you know what an RSI is or a Stochastic? if you don't then how can you know what to do with them?
3) Most indicators only give useful information for a certain type of market activity ie: a trend move or ranging etc. you must know when to ignore them.
4) Indicators are terrible signal providers, but can sometimes have a benefit for confirmation
best of all try to ignore them

But yeah, working hard towards doing this full time...just not really in a rush. If it happens next year, great...if it takes me 1-2yrs longer, so be it

Ideally that's the goal, but at the moment my job pays good money (selling hotels for a living) and as of June they're loaning me to Lloyds as a 1yr contractor. They pay for all my rent/bills on top of my salary, so couldn't turn it down. My entire salary will be savings this year as I won't have any real expenses (bar stag dos in Vegas and Thailand that is).
But yeah, working hard towards doing this full time...just not really in a rush. If it happens next year, great...if it takes me 1-2yrs longer, so be it
