Try low leverage < 1. Set your risk and target. Turn off terminal and go to sleep.
Traders curse is not having control of emotions, emotions effect mind and body, no control ,both will suffer, if cant control shouldnt be trading.
Leverage shouldnt matter, setting risk and target definitely matters, being able to turn off platform and go to sleep is critical.
Biggest influence of emotional control, is confidence, confidence you have adequately researched and planned your trade, if you achieve this, then trade, win or lose dosnt matter, if you not confident, then dont trade
If trade is success, you got it right, good
If trade fails, go over trade, over and over, until you find where it went wrong, everytime do this will help confidence for planning next trade

Perhaps for low leverage account it doesn't matter. Have seen more than often people here are making 100%, 200% per trade.
