But yeah, I agree, instability isn't exactly what Italy (and the EUR) needs right now.

One of my favorite Berlusconi quotes (about hair loss): I have little hair because my brain is so big it pushes the hair out.

Not sure if he was sarcastic when he said this: I'm a man of honour, a truthful person, a gentleman of absolute morality. (Yes, and pigs can fly!)

In Italy they have poor prospects with division policies so radical in parliament. In Germany there are elections in September and Merkel will not change its policy until then, but the new measures will slow down and we'll see what happens. In Spain and Greece the social explosion is imminent. In Spain there are elections within a year in regions and municipalities. The ruling party now is going to sink. Does not look good for the Euro.
