Why you think it's wrong?
For me adding to a losing position is something different then "scaling out", when you have pre-planned entries if something goes wrong.
Scaling out - YES, adding more to losing positions in hope of reversal -NO

Sometimes adding to losing positions saved me from a misery but many times it didn't. It depends on how good the entry levels you have. If one is adding to a losing position every 20-30 pips, it is most likelt the result will be pretty ugly.

Dollar index is at a 3 mo. high. If the jobs numbers today are poor, I only see it getting higher towards the 82 level. Metal markets are getting slaughtered. No more a safety bet. Yen is where I predicted about the .1075 level. With continued selling, dollar and yen look like the save havens. Not sure if we can get anything more than a scalp in risk currencies currently. May look to play the CHF. It's down, but not as much as everything elsee

123 is the 0.382 fib level from the highs established back in 2008, and 122 is the 0.618 fib level from the highs established back in 2009. Also, a simple AB=CD from 6th-8th February (AB leg), would suggest 122-123 as the CD completion point?!?

For anyone that's interested, in EURUSD I'm also watching what I reckon is a bullish bat pattern form from the 23rd Jan...in the PRZ right now...see what happens next I suppose....not 100% confident...

For EURJPY, 122 is the big fib level I mentioned above, but it's also the Daily S3, the 200 EMA, and it's the bottom of a trend line going back to the low on 5th Feb, and it's also slap-bang in the middle of the support found at the end on Jan(?!?).
