EA can't work because there is a certain amount of discretion involved in trading, and EA's cannot have this feature! It should be possible to create an EA that would get good entries, but the exits are always the hard part and that's where an EA will fail nearly every time. For the amount of work required to make an EA, and then to have to monitor it, really makes the whole idea not worth exploring.

The best way to trade profitably is to put in the time and effort and learn the markets and then pick and choose entries and exits to give yourself the best chance of making consistent profits.

There's no easy way.....trading is not easy!

Even for the entry's...

Last week end as per the 1st post. I blacked out the candles and spent lot of time.

Learned a lot.

Then analyzed the trade with candles on.

My final result showed many small failed trades.

Then I started reading more pages and learnt a lot about entry's...Looking for the PV..S/R...Daily H/L..and revisited my trades.

Wow...All those small losses were gone.

Yes. I agree and even for Entry's the EA's are not worth.

Truely for th first time I started feeling a bit of confidence.

To aviod whipsaws in this vigorless market, I better trade higher time frame. Although i will have less opptunities it would at least help me avoid low volitility whipsaws....

Well below 50 means contracting in manufacturing.

So 43.6 in manufacturing and 42.7 in services, means the economy is still deep in recession.

I have now read in a few places that France is now the elephant in the room, forget Italy/Spain.

If France slumps into a deep recession, EZ is HISTORY !!
