Looking for ideas on TradePipFilter setting after a close at BE, as in previous post, and then looking for a reentry.
In the chart below, after the previous trade closed at BE I changed the TradePipFilter to 50 pips to look for a reentry.
What do you think about having another setting that will change the TradePipFilter to something else after a BE close?
As can be seen below the 50 pip filter was hit and another short reentry trade is now open.
I could add a user setting for TradePipFilterAfterBE which would over ride the initial TradePipFilter setting, it would only work on a BE.
Or should it work in other case also, some sort of dynamic pip filter, looking for input from everyone?
Or is there a better BE setting that would have avoided the close in the first place?
