It also happens on deposits too... my guess is they have too few handling the manual deposits/withdrawals...

Strange enough never had issue with deposits within seconds the amount will show up in MT4.

Maybe certain account size $xxx,xxx should think twice selecting this broker.

All in all I don't trust them.

No office, no responsible person and clients are not protected by laws.

Just stop using them..use other brokers..Pepperstone is a very good start or armadamarkets.

i can`t say i trust them.... buy so far so good. While sometimes it did take a lot of time(as in 5-7 days not 7 hours as posted on their website) to get my money, i always got them. And i`m talking 4 digit withdrawals... while my initial deposit with them was like 300$.

So i guess they are ok, it`s just that they have grown a lot and have too few people handling the withdrawals.

I just withdrew some money for New Year`s we`ll see how fast that`s processed.

FPA is good and honest website. Instaforex is a big scam, scam, scam and scam

If you plan to open only few hundred dollars, probably safe but with $xxx,xxx or more, better think twice if you will be able get your money back or will be able to withdraw profit.

Someone please tell me where is their legal office just in case something happens where are you going to file a claim? Or who is going to protect you?

Years ago they did try to have a representative on some of the major forums, including this one. But it attracted a bunch of trolls. So they retreated back to their own company-sponsored forum, and I think forex-tsd.com and mt5.com is where they hang out mostly. Plus their skype and phone support. It is difficult to keep up with every single forum; beter to focus your efforts on 1 or 2 for support purposes.

Why would you even open an account with them even if it is a 10$ account? Opening an account with a good broker is very easy, most brokers will even waive the proof of address requirement if your passport scan is certified by your government/embassy. If you do not have a lot of money to invest than go with Oanda, they have no minimum deposit requirements and they are regulated in Canada, US, Europe, Singapore... As for those with hundred of thousands to invest, the best option is not a forex broker, it's a big bank that offers leveraged forex trading accounts.

Hi, I love to try many brokers, and I will give you information about the brokers that I've had accounts and I didn't get any problem. I just opened an account with instaforex, until now all Ok. I didn't make any withdraw yet. The same happened with Avafx, I've saw full bad information about them. I opened an account with them and all ok. I've made my withdraws with any problem,
Withdraws without problems.

I would just to to note something:

I've had a pretty positive experience with Instaforex for the past little while until recently when I noticed that my take profits are not closing. I can see a clear indication that the price has hit the take profit level and the trade still hasn't closed. now, i made sure that slippage was off so there is no pip deviate and yet i still got this problem. i actually posted my dilemma on another forum, which i can post here below. see for yourself:

1000:1 leverage is good enough for me. instaforex was my first broker, read it from a lot of positive reviews so gave them a try. as for exness, was a little hesitant with the way they chose to bundle gold and silver with currencies.
