but to be honest you missed my point about trade sizes, if a trade is worth taking take it at normal risk size, if you believe it may be worth less than normal risk size then the trade is an outlier to any system and should be avoided.
Ok, so how do you counter the fact that reveals against the trends typically last a shorter amount of time, but give you a much higher pip return? If you simply enter the same lot size. Then yes you would end up making more money, as you would be gaining more pips then you lose on the actual reversal. But wouldn't you not be taking advantage of the reversal itself? I for one don't sit and wait 30 mins for a position to either stop loss me or take profit. I'm just playing the stats on reversals and believe it makes much more sense to wager that way. That's just me.

Of course it would be insane to say "I KNEW THAT SPIKE WOULD OF HAPPENED" Considering we have been in a sideways formation for almost 3 hours.

Destroyed my hip kite surfing this weekend. I now walk like an old man...at least until tonight when I can booze up during a charity dinner we're hosting. Turns out letting go of the handlebars while in mid-air is a really reaaaaaally dumb idea.

Want to go long EUR but EURUSD is at a key resistance (1.3370) and stuck below the kumo cloud on the H1 chart. Will probably stay on the sidelines for a bit longer. Bastard yanks have the day off!

Hey guys

Short @ 1.3349
TP @ 1.3230
SL @ 1.3385

Although EurUsd seems to be on a uptrend for the past few weeks, I really believe we are on a short term downtrend.

I have a feeling that EurUsd will decide it's next move after visiting the 1.3230 region first.

I shall leave EUR-USD well alone until after Draghi's speech. My focus is on USD-JPY. When we get a confirmed break of the R1 pivot line @ 94.15 I shall enter a long targeting 94.74

You know you are a little late for an entry, I would wait for 10:15-10:30 UK time to take any new trade now of course if you are scalping that is another story.

top correction is complete at 3378ish region where Selling pressure seem to be High in Coefficients. Downward EU might witness another fall. Maybe we can see the 3270ish range today, Maybe i mean but I will wait to place a Short Order lets see how the pa goes from there. A close under the 3360 ish range could be all it takes. Patience
