looking in recent PA EJ would not be that bad idea try to hold the long as long as possible with a stp loss @be as soon as possible.
price COULD retest again 125.70 but also could not. or do that after a move till 129-130. who knows what will happen in the future?

definetly, in this PA i would cut any long position if i see a full h1 candle closing <125.60

EDIT: but definetly if a currency is weak, doesn't automatically mean the other is strong!
in you look at any trend, there are places measurable where bounces happen. to blindly follow a trend is some of the most detrimental to ones account advice that can be given. if you see a trend move stop.. look at the move from the last stop. .. if you think the trend will continue..let it bounce 1/2 the last move or more. if it dont, stay out.. wait for the next time.. its free to stay out. and if your right about the trend. you can get it with less risk and more reward potential.

Was Yen overvalued, maybe this is the real value, this no doubt will fuel exports but it is all relative. I remember Turkey pulling this very same shite years ago and they were a few steps close to bancrupcy late 90s together with Argentina. Of course not very similar condition, Japan is wealthy and has a back bone technology of its own, the growth potential will always be there however there is no free meal, somebody will have to pay for this mess...

The debt is in Yen or USD? If in Yen then this depreciation is all good, Japan exports and makes USD or EUR and pays its debt in local currency...? I don't know if this is the case and even so who would now loan Japan in its local currency? Re-financing the current debt will become a challenge soon for Japan.
