Mean while Germans are screwed.. But poor Japan was straggling with 75-80 Yen long enough to have a little break.

EURUSD wise, I think Bernank still prints more than Draghi at least for now, unless they (ECB) got cut rate maybe?

i still don't trust the longs because highest was 1.342, so still strong probability to go a bit under 1.33 !?

Daily closed above 1.3404 looks bullish to me.

simple. japan is a manufacturing country. they build stuff.. they are taking it both ways. energy is up 45% up 8 months. and energy is the most expensive cost in manufacturing. the crap they are selling today to Germany (world) was built using cheaper energy. the prodicts made today are costing 45% more in energy at the ej high. and they are selling them cheaper as their cost rises. something has to give in Germany or japan or the will crash further then 2008.. add in u.s. and china products are now also cheaper then 8 months ago in the ez.. and the u.s. has a cheaper energy than all of them.. just remember energy is the highest cost in most heavy manufacturing.
