Did not say it has to that's why it was a "maybe" as of speculations each trade decision is one in some way ... taking into the account the S&P makes new high's and the pair loves to follow its trend..

Euro zone quantitative easing is very cheap compared to US and Japanese QE. Mr. Draghi, an italian guy () says that the Euro is to high and, what happens, it start correcting automatically sending my analysis to Dante's Inferno damned circle.

The Euro is still high for Italy, Spain and France. But it is okay for Germany and the Netherlands...

How low it can go? I don't know but will stick with what program trading and price action will keep suggesting.
