Hey Rekon thanks for asking. The system is working great.

Generally I like to scalp but if my hand is caught in the Euro jar MM saves me till the market takes out the positions

Sorry I was away for couple of hours so late reply. Do you get positive interest from your broker for holding long / short positions?

* How many lots you keep open? (kindly answer in %)
* How do you take profit by closing positions and keep the payout running?
* What do you think reasonable profit taking (%) on continuous basis based on your equity?
* Do you want to keep your free margin level continuous up in positive or you utilize it upto a certain level, in case of additional free margin do you want to utilize it by opening new position(s)?

Remember the Pryamid system is only for MM. My entries are based on a combination indos, HSR, and fundos.

Since I have started using my proprietary MM software I have not blown up an account in 16 months. Before that it was every few months while I was developing the program. From that I learned MM is KEY KEY KEY!

Overall since 10/2011 I have had 10 losses and over 1000+ wins. (discloser my type of trading does not use SL which I got ridiculed for by more than 1 trader who shall remain nameless and one of them is no longer a part of this forum)

I am coming up on the anniversary of my last loss on 2/14/2012 that occurred a hotel room with Hot Mama. This was due to my laptop touch pad executing a close order before I was ready while I was being tempted to be elsewhere in the room (no I am not addicted to FX) . Needless to say I now use a mouse and take care of other things beforehand.

My thought on the way to produce excellence is:

1. Expect and demand it of yourself.

2. Have some skin in the game and feel the pain. Nothing like the thrill of victory (WINNING) and the agony of defeat (Margin Call) to get your mind going. If you are truly dedicated to success you will never never quit improving yourself.

Some observations IMHO WITH NO DISRESPECT TO ANYONE ANYWHERE. Now this is coming from a natural born fool in the USA. I am no expert but I am a thinker. I have no market credentials but have common sense with a wining track record.

From analysts to bloggers to traders who post their positions that I found are no better than me most of the time than predicting where the price might go. Without inside information I might as well forecast the weather and at least get paid for being wrong.

For me I have learned to watch the PA with a eye on techs and a mind on the fundos. MM is KEY above all.

No my 25 underwater shorts have been costing me a little everyday. I am not worried I more than make up for it with winning trades.

I dont use lots since OANDA uses units.

When the indos say get out I get out since I am a scalper. Since the sizes are pyramid formation Larger shorts at the top of the price range while small longs and the reverse of that at the lower end of the price range. My average is anywhere from 0% a day (I dont have to trade everyday just for the sake of trading) to 0.5%. Usually its 0.1% to 0.5% a day. Again I must stress I prefer a "Walk to wealth rather than a race to riches (ruin)"

I am a scalper so I like to get in and get out to hopefully hit the same range again milking it like a big titty with a big open mouth...LOL I saw the stats on making money and those who can execute quickly over and over have a much higher return over the long haul vs. hold em a long time.

Now I would consider adding to a wining trade on a day like yesterday BUT BUT BUT it must be outside of the price plop range (too much position at a certain price level). Its a "long roll day" (from George Smith) rather than a range day.

I consider being in the market like a snake, lion, or hand grenade with the pin pulled. It is wild and unpredictable. What some traders dont get is time of exposure. Since the market is volatile the longer you are in increases the odds it may move against you at some point. That is another reason why I like the short TFs (Look at the 1D, 4H, 1H to get market direction). Use the 30 min for current direction. Time off of the 10 min SLOW & RSI with respect to BB and execute on the 1 min.

Also consider the 18 MA on the 10 min. If its above then consider buying. If below then consider selling. I get out when the price X's the 18 or use a 1M finger trap if I am trading against the trend. Those are sin trades where I trade small enough (pyramided) to satisfy the smaller prospects of profit.

I hope this wasnt too confusing. We all know FX is the easiest, hardest money you will ever make.

One thing I forgot to mention is a built in circuit breaker. If my draw down exceeds a certain percentage of my equity then I quit trading in the long or short account.

I have to stress I would rather live to trade another day with a larger account rather than add to positions where obviously I have gotten caught with my hand in the Euro cookie jar too many times.

Even the best of entry systems fail often or we would all be rich hence MM is KEY. One too many times dippin may be the last time.

Since my software is DDE linked to MT4 prices its in real time so position sizing is based on the price of E, account size, and where my last open position is and at what size.

I have said I am working on creating a web based version of this program developed in .NET. I work on it when I dont have other database, software, Internet projects to work on.

When I am done I will let the forum know just in case anyone is interested.

BTW thank you Reckon for the compliment. I always read your posts and are one of the ones here who are not full of S**T

I think E is struggling due to the recent Draghi Call and not Put.

From hearing between the words (like reading between the lines) he is aware of the higher price of E and its implications for Euroland recovery.

He has to walk a fine line ole Super Mario and his words have market meaning (is that why he is Super?).

Enough confidence to keep bond yield lower and not too much to kill the economies which IMHO is a lagging situation being bigger and more important.

The money is just flowing into US equities while the Dollar and PMs are holding their own. Damn yield chasers.
