On the brighter side, this shows a nice relative increase in volume earlier when the MMs ran the price down and back up. The FO/LS MMs might do the same, so seems best to not be drawn in at this time.

Edit: Wait! This is a good setup! Extra leg (pic. 2)! On the basis of that extra confirmation, maybe waiting for LS is more optional. We'll see. But, if I were not already long, I might consider...

Morphed to different wave. Still valid. Dragon sort of flat. But PA has made valid wave and Trend Line is angled down, and both PA and Dragon are below the Trend Line. LO PA is just not co-operating, yet.

Look, you've been on Forex Factory all of six days. And this is your second post on FF. And in that short period of time, you are an expert on divergence and whether the market is bullish or bearish? hello mr. traderathome ... how are you? I'm fine ... I'm operating in the forex market a few days ago even, but was already operating in other markets for 04 years, and have some experience in technical analysis. As is known, no tradesystem is perfect, but this is very good Sonic as he tries to hit the wave of the movement, especially the pivots, however, the same sonic already provides for the use of other criteria in your tradesystem that not only the use of the dragon. Since you are here for a long time, should have read the owner's manual of tradesystem (sonic), which is on page 1, in the attached file SonicRV3 and see what he says "Lookout for divergence. You can check it Out in QQE or CCI indicator either. ". Well, I use similar indicators pointed to as the RSI and Stochastico, and realized them and warn you about the bullish divergence. I'm here in the forum to contribute and although like much of the sonic trade system, I can only look at the graph and see the facts and not just a system of trade. Congratulations on your analysis that in general are good, you just think sometimes underestimates certain things. And finally, my heart is in the right place, and pounding!

Congratulations Sonic the availability to share their knowledge .. And I'm here to help ...

Since yesterday, this has been rising on declining volume. My interpretation is the MMs are extremely bearish, and maybe still have longs to escape from, hence the rising price and feigning like they are bulllish. For quite some time here in the asian session the price scarely moved. It has been held to a tight range, as though a very large sell order blocked price from rising. Once the price popped thru and achieved the quarter level, this pending short executed. It could go higher, but the MMs already have it qute high...
GU: My 4th pending Scout filled earlier and I have entered my 5th Scout. Scuderia was correct in assessing the chance the MMs would take this higher than my estimate. The MMs took it higher than his, too! In a way, it is just like yesteday, ramming the price up. I still hold by my assessment of the reasons for this, or I would not have set my pending short Scout and I would not have entered this one.

One other thing, PA has hit the FR 127% extension level of the swing yesterday, which is a key level and a level where price tends to reverse (pic. 2). It is very likely the MMs are pulling the same shit they did yesteday, trying to escape from their own longs and so deceiving others into going long.

Time will tell.

Sonicers, I know you might be tired of hearing it said MMs are bears on this one. However, see that they took price up to a significant SR level, higher than I and Scuderia were discussing. By taking the price this high, they took it up past the Tuesday high which is the most likely place they would next run into pending long orders from folks sketptical of going long until price broke above the whole number (1.5800). Hitting pending long orders, as I stated earlier, might be the only way now for the "market" to escape from it's longs, because the trend is definately down and shorters might be very wise with setting their stops. In other words, the MMs might not be having much luck forcing shorters to "buy to close", and so if the MMs need buyers to pass longs off to, they just have to take the price to where there are buyers.

But, this does point out (painfully) the wisdom of Master Sonicdeejay's sayings. And the ones he has reiterated this week are "Trade what you see.", and "Let the market decide." For GU, today was another up day, and with a Sonic R. long setup after the LO, easily good for 50+ pips. It will likely be well into next week before I see such profit on this one, maybe longer if these shenanegans continue.

When Scuderia and I were posting on the merits of where MMs might hike the price to, my mistake was in not considering that we both might be underestimating the MMs!

Released USD Trade Balance data is more than seven billiion dollars better than forcast! The market is in consternation! Look at EU! The chicken shit MMs are afraid to let the price drop lower, and now they have this to deal with!

Gee, guess it is time for another bullshit ECB statement!

And now we know why the MMs pumped GU so heartily again. This clock is ticking also.......

Well, at least the market is consistent. When things don't go it's way it justs pumps, pumps, pumps!

See? The MM's solution to all their woes. When things go bad, just pump, pump, pump! Hit secondary SR. Dragon still down, Trend still down, and all this is happening at whole number! So, what's a few extra pips, huh? Well, a lot! At least for the MMs, who are in deep shit trouble so to speak. Anytime they bodaciously pump EU in the face of good USD data, you can see the fright on their faces!

Kind of funny when you think about it. These folks are supposed to be intelligent, college grads, Harvard, Yale, etc. Yet, like spoiled, snot nosed little brats, when things don't go their way they just hunker down and beat more heavily on their drums! One solution for everything!

Of course, there is a twisted logic benefit to them in doing so. If their repsonse to everything is the same thing, then it makes it rather difficult for anyone to figure out what their doing! (I wonder if they sometimes confuse themselves.)
