That's easier said than done. I always see this comment.

But I ask you - "what is the trend"? To answer properly... you need to identify the timeframe. And time is relative as Einstein so eloquently put it.

So your comments imply a DAILY timeframe, but you mentioned last week... so is it a WEEKLY timeframe you are referring to? But what about now that there has been a bounce from 60/75... it's gone up. But are you Long or Short... what is your Take Profit timeframe? If you scalped long but the Weekly and Daily trend is up - are you trading against the market? Who's to say?

Time is RELATIVE to you. If you disagree with people's motives for taking a trade... it's not that they're right and you're wrong it's that their timeframe is different from yours.

And that's what makes markets brilliant and horribly cruel and efficient... everyone has their own self interest and no one can predict the future.

So.... follow the trend? Try and determine it first - contribute and get involved, most certainly - but I think for every post you make and every trade you take / someone will be thinking the opposite.

Agreed, just think well go deeper first and then up in NY, has to take some longs out and shorts in first imho. gonna surely buy but only below 3490, 3485 would be ideal

I think the retrace happened already.. 3550 option might give another one... I don't know... It's bull for me.

Just to illustrate the point.... what is the trend?
1M for the last hour.... sideways but moving up.
5M up for the last 3 hours
1H down over the last 27 hours but obviously up for the last 3 hours
4H down for the last 10 bars (40 hours) but clearly up from past December!

What is the trend? The trend is the line from the point you're standing... not mine.

Most likely you are right, have added some more on the losing pos to drop the average cost to @1.3547, I will kill the shite if I have to now...

As I said before, I am not a very skilful trader! I trade a lot with the sentiment, consider the fundamental and I support final decision with the charting.

I'll try to contribute with my ideas in the future. I am sorry not to answer to all your questions but, because I am not such an expertise trader, I would need some time to think about them and also because I am at my day job!

By the way, I don't know where the trend is going to, 100% of the times I try to predict where it is going judging by sentiment, last movements, S/R, Fibo and trend lines.

i think there is little risk aversion in play, cable kiwi and aussie taking little dump eu swissy static, early pop was yen driven with little gbp appreciation, this market is continually getting stuffed up by boj is sending pa and me crazy

hi, y'all..

just got home, ran out of battery, working outside my office, no powerbank.

glad to find my eu and ej went really nice! eu finally hit my target at 3460(barely, lol), both ej at 124.10. +48 on eu, and +71 and +59 on ej.

just before this up move!!! phew..

i just enterd ej at 125.87, some 5mins ago, before taking a shower.
