Hi Mr Scott. I am reluctant to even try and guess the EURUSD count, since once WXYXZ escalates to the 3rd degree I lose the will to label that.

What I do see on the chart is a completed 5 waves up (the last 10 or so candles) to the latest peak. Not on the chart is a strong impulse downward to present (it looks like an ending diagonal is forming as I write). With bullish consensus (trade-futures.com) at 93% on that latest peak and "Euro jitters" officially back in fashion with the media, I doubt there is any more upward corrective inclination left in the market. To make contingency plans for another new high might be a good idea but I am instead waiting to see what the correction to the current impulse down will look like and if it could be wave 2 of the EUR crash which (if confirmed by stocks) would then confirm the wider bear market is underway.

If, against all precedent and indication, new highs develop in the EURUSD and the stock indices, well then, i dunno, we'll all have drinks on the moon together

Thank you for input my friend. I was having trouble deciding whether or not it had yet topped, so that is why I posted it. Could see it extend or C ending here. I was inclined to see one more push higher. Very interesting but outlook is still big move down upon completion of c and then a big move up to top or corrective weekly triangle in 1.4x land.

Unless this morphs into a diagonal, the 38.2% for 5th (of C) was it, shame it didn't hit the channel line though. looks like a minor 5w advance already taken out end of prior 4th (of lesser degree);

Nice one, I see you also had the EJ 124 level as a Fib level. Love it when price does that!

To be honest, i don't, but this whole move up (WXY) came from a HL and that really really bothers me...

hmmm, yes, the low (1.2042) in late July 2012, right? And before that the last impulsive decline makes the low in June 2010 at 1.1876

That's why I don't like counting the EURUSD chart's history - there are just too many corrective levels embedded in one another...

Anyhow, soldiering on with the count as is W-X-Y is in, an impulse down and price is currently making a beeline for 1.36

Yeh, this is just a quick idea without having put too much thought into it, there is a lack of historical data due to the relative infancy of the currency, however, a HL to be followed by a HH would be quite a sensible conclusion;
