yes, but the NFP had no major changes, that's why I think maybe the daily chart uptrend will continue after pullback.

For me it was also a fibo level: - maybe for others too and for that was the mini fight.

The market doesn't have to act logically, it just acts, and you have to live with it. There were plenty of cases of such drops off a cliff and not looking back. Just look at the october 27 2011 1.42 top- there was no retest of any kind after that- just kept falling to 1.20x until July last year.

what i saw was, if it broke 124.90, and that one held, we might had already seen the bottom.
since it didn't hold, there might just still be more room below. 124.75 will tell

Thanks ! I am def still long biased, I see this as a correction. But I cant see any direction at the moment, maybe slight downside.

not trying to have any bias here..
this down move might just starting to end. 3495 here.

but ej, is still very much intact. there are several levels below that imho, still needs to be visited.

What time frame do you trade and from where are you long?

there's AUD interest rate at the bottom of the hour, it can be a game changer for the next 6 hours. supposedly one should analyze AUD exchanges but the ADRs are already near max. while the ADRs of eu,ej and gu are below 50%.

and whatever happens with AUD exchanges are bound to affect EJ (simply being yen) and GU (mirrors commodity currencies).

perhaps the best way to play this out is "asian breakout" trade. eu and ej have been shorting therefore, short is the preferred position, and long on gu. with stop loss above and below the asian range.

there is a plain target on eu, sitting at S1. there are technical reasons for s1 out there in the open. and where 3410/s2 is the bottom of the bottom. but interest rates behaves in a way that it spikes the target, retraces hard and slowly reaches to the outter target.

if the cut is 0.5% (beyond expectation) then PA will just reach to the outter target, retrace hard and then..... i dont know next...
