On the other hand, 32 pips profit vs 40 pips loss today..hmm.. should i care about the 8 pips or should i wait and hope it will follow the bullish direction..

I'm only a newbie here myself but, judging by the PA on this today, I'd guess that most experienced guys will suggest that you bug out, take the hit and wait until tomorrow - it's only 8pips after all on the day. Having said that, it could easily shoot up to 3580 in the next ten minutes or drop to 3525 so what do I know!

You should know whether to exit or not. Is your reasoning for entering still valid? if so, then keep it open. if no, then close it. You should know all this before opening the trade.
