This was my initial target... 1.3710...This may be today's/week's top I guess....

EDIT: It certainly doesn't look like it topped yet.

I remember when we were at 1.49 a couple of years back some stores on the east coast would not take usd, euro only.. then the yuro crushed and people were talking about the Eurozone blowing up to pieces... It's all relative, such a mind fuck for the sheep.. cracks me up..

in normal times.. i would be looking for weakness now at 370x eu.. the stuff in the m.e. going on should boost oil. a boost in oil in normal times is yen negative. a weak yen boost the euro.. this on top what the boj is doing. this will be a crises if it continues. a big one. put on the party hats..

I guess it is all relative hah...? What ticks me off was, so many were so confident EUR zone will break up and countries one by one will exit etc. When I said that this is more of a political instrument, I remember I was attacked as if I insulted someone's family honour. Like you once said mate, the shite has buyers at every level and one should never forget that...

yes, and oil is pushing $98 now.

I read some analysts stuff last October-ish saying that the producers would be looking to target + $100 a barrel for 2013 and look where we are....

Both moves were option-driven.

I think pair will come down back to 1.3650 but likely need some catalyst like news.
