looking over some charts with my lab monkeys 3680 shows up for me. to be fair i didnt think it would head this high just yet.

You got that right! I guess it's the speed of advance with so little pushback which catches my interest. I wonder whether there's a game of "let's see how high we can drive the EUR before Angela and Mario start squirming". The fact they're putting out press releases saying it's in band is curious. They're a bit shafted as they can't say anything remotely negative as it might shatter the illusion that they've managed their way out of the crisis. Interesting counteralance between saving face and not getting your bluff called by the markets. Suspect the market will win!

Some profit taking and that is a dip for some.

But ya, did not reach 82/86 yet. Waiting to see some positioning for FOMC.
They think they are smarter than I am.

Hi all,

1.35 MPP broke so previous analysis no longer holds although there is still hope, or maybe that is just in my mind.

EU touching small 61.8 fib expansion

shouldn't break that level... Today as NY market move, I believe has finished.

The fib expansion tool is drawn from the 1.268 low, to 1.3500

first expansion @356-357

second expansion @377-378

another fib expansion from 3264 to 3475~MPP

first expansion @ 351, Already Broken

second expansion @ 3597 ~ 1.3600

I feel, now that market stands above 1.35, the MPP, any shorts should be counter traded or closed if they're too big.

I don't know what can reverse this, maybe an Equity sell-off into the USD. That would be bearish EU, but bullish UJ in theory.

Not sure when Fiscal Cliff hits the front page again.. But for now, things aren't looking down for a while,

EW theory not working using this whole bull move as a retracement using 50% as the level for max retracement.


Although the 618 of the bearish move on the W1 Chart from 1.4937 to 1.2036, @1.3824 could be the next major reversal point
