Expect the big pink elephants to push the price up.Usually the case when there is no red News for Euro.Price has been in consolidation and I expect a break out.
I will stay on the sidelines for good spot to short.

Elliott impulse wave up 1.3504
Supports at 1.3440 and 1.3428 should hold the downward correction . After which a big upmove could occur . Stop loss below 1.3428 limit.

Holding shorts EU and longs EJ.
And still looking what's happen with gold, it could be key for another move.
Before Frankie open their doors, EU should make some step.
Probably down, if breaks 3446 Frankies have some fast work for moving up this baby.

"Closely corelated" is a past and done. I'm afraid that for today market any traditional rules has no covering in market move.

Edit: as for now - as you can see, EU going down, but EJ holds, UJ holds, and sister AU slightly up. Why? There is corelation, of course, but not in intraday.

Just watch how on every pip drop on Euro corresponds same or more on EJ.Don't take my word.Just watch price action.
Just trying to warn you of possible financial loss because you got your convictions wrong.
Besides EJ is prime target for massive sell off....

I've been trading these two for four years, and 9 times out of ten, they move together, only eur/jpy harder and faster. Nonsensical strategy buying one and selling the other.
