I'm not either. I never open a trade end of the week or counter trend. Wait to see what happens next week and see what the trend start to show. Ill probably wait for around 122 for position.

No, It does not look completely wrong to me. As long as the EW rules are adhered too it remains a valid count.
Elliottt Wave is all about possibilities and your chart is one. Can you count 3 waves in you X wave? Yes? then its valid and deserves consideration.

Thank you for the reply. I do count 3 up. 2.618 extension of 1/2. Plan the trade. Now trade the plan until the plan is proven wrong.

Reckon its spot on. Top might be in already. Great clue in the last HL being broken (the last significant trough before the peak), by the W wave. Trend change, so no HH and then fresh lows to come, fits perfectly with a complex 4th...

Weather the count is likely is a different matter.
X waves are corrective three wave structures. Does it look corrective ? It may have three waves at the moment but is very steep in nature more like an unfinished impulse possibly ? It also has a very small a& b wave compared to c if its an X wave. They usually have equal waves or c=.618a or c= 1.618a and are not so steep in nature.

Actually I have just noticed i screwed up a measurement. I thought 'C' was 261.8% of 'A', but upon checking again, its not... Always have doubts when your baseline gets broken. (draw line from 0 - 2, or start of A to end of B, reproduce parallel off of 1, if broken at least consider it might be a 3rd...)

No i don't like that last chart, erase it from your memory! I checked and 3 was slightly longer than the 5th, but not one of the waves is extended... forget, delete, scrap it...
