Watch a few of Mr. Pip's previously posted videos. It should greatly help with understanding swing identification. After knowing how to properly spot swings, the patterns will start emerging. Best of luck.

Welcome to the thread. If you do your home work, review all the videos and Mr Pips posts you will not be disappointed!
It's not very easy, probably not for the beginner but you'll be amazed at the info being provided, all for FREE.

Do not go there man! This is indicator and template free zone. Your eyes are the only indicator you need! And this is not a turn-key forex ATM. There are no EAs, no 90% win rates. You watch, you participate, you learn, you succeed. Hard work required.

okay guys set up an account trading micro with london capital group because they are aussie recognised and mt4 platform supported, I am starting with 150$ and I'm going to post my trades and progress corresponding got my rules and guide lines set out with all the patterns printed off within respect to fibb

Well,
A suggestion, put your trades in the Journal Section of ForexFactory. I too am starting a journal. In doing this, we keep Mr. Pip's thread on track and do not dilute it with a bunch of posts. I am posting my last update shortly. Still follow this thread and post relevant charts, but allow Mr. Pip to keep the flow going. He may say otherwise, but I think it a wise suggestion.

Hey Guys,
A quick update, and probably my final one in this thread as I am creating my own Journal on ForexFactory. Mr. Pip has a great thread here and I think he should keep it focused on his teachings. We can post our learnings elsewhere. I will still contribute, but not in the regular, "look what I can do" fashion, especially since my rules, strategy is a variant of his.

Anyways...

To recap, I had open trades on a variety of ABCD's at my mid-day update.

Red (2) ABCD--this one triggered both 61.8 and 78.6 entries, got darn close to the stop, then fully reversed to target. It also reached 127% extension. +2.3R

Green ABCD--this one triggered the 61.8 by a few pippets. Hard to tell if really filled, but for testing, it was. Currently no 127% reached. +1R

Black ABCD--while the green and red longs were triggered and reached profit, this one was a casualty of the same move. So close to target, but no go. Full loss -1R.

Blue ABCD--Only trade still in play and in profit. Targeting 1.32561 with stop at 1.33254. Both 61.8 and 78.6 filled.

So, that being said. I was basically flat at mid day, with +2.3R now. shooting 60% win rate, only issue is not getting all ABCDs retracing to the 78.6, but still 1:1 risk, reward when it does not.

Very god Idea, I was thinking that myself. I'll be watching your journal also. I'd like to see how your MM technique works out.

there is an AB=CD, 61,8% convergence with the main swing, Daily pivot, .138% ex. and some past structure
