Look last week bar in W1 TF. it was Bullish Engulfing candle.. It means that this week can be bullish..

EURAUD hit my stop LIMID +59 pips

Okie guys, phase 1 of my trading plan has completed. Moving on to phase 2, looking for longs.
Climactic selling volume has appeared followed by a bullish reaction, in a demand zone aka support zone.

I predict price will most likely stop at the 50 fib, then back down to 61.8 for a test, then upup and away.

Next, long or short? Why bother to predict? We trade on the M15 TF. We trade what the market gives. We analyze what the market gives the best way we can, right?

Attached is M30 (really, it is M15 Dragon on M30 TF) so we can see more PA. What is important are the S&R areas and what PA is doing at them. By that I mean what is SM (Smart Money) doing at them? Is SM confirming a resistance level to continue to be resistance, or not? Is SM confirming a support level to continue to be support, or not?

In this picture it is clear that resistance levels are holding and support levels are being broken, then backtested, then followed by consolidation (position building), then followed by more price mark-down.

Based on this PA, SM is a bear. What will SM be tomorrow? Nobody knows. We'll deal with tomorrow when it comes. And we'll deal with it the same way we dealt with today, by looking to see what SM tells us about S&R.

As regards any need to look at higher TF charts to see what is going to happen, well that is a two edged sword. Yes, a higher TF chart can suggest which way price is most likely to move next, as in the Daily chart attached. It shows Monday as indecisive. But we now know better than that. It was distribution! It shows Tuesday as engulfing bear, and very much so! The two edges here are that the chart says SM is a bear. But tomorrow SM might not be. SM is not honor bound to continue to follow whatever any chart "suggests". That is the fact of life in the matter, and perhaps the most important thing to understand about price movements in markets.

So, what do we Sonicers do? We stop predicting. We look each day at whatever the market gives us. And we analyze it the best way we can. And that means, without the hindrence of any bias produced by high TF charts, we look at what SM is currently telling us about S&R! We don't just look to see where S&R is, we watch and wait to see what happens when SM backtests S&R!

You want an opinion? An analysis? Then at least have the consideration to show us the trade setup on a Sonic R. System template! Otherwise, you are in the wrong forum! We want to see what PA waves you considered. What S&R you considered. What was the entire Dragon/PA/S&R picture at the time you took the trade? Don't just throw a Daily chart and an entry price at us and expect us to work for you by analyzing your trade. If anyone here is going to put any effort into this, they are only going to do it if the post is also an instructive one for the Sonic R. Sytem.

We are not a signals service nor a free 'experts analyze' service. If you are yet involved in the Sonic R. System, you are invited to join us. Otherwise, I recommend you look elsewhere for folks to venture a guess on your trade.

Yes, once again this is a long setup. It is before LS, true. What attracts is the type of PA/consolidation, the multiple bounces along SR which are the bottoms of lots of mini swings. The level of the Dragon is higher than in the past, also. And it is curving up. PA has come down to retest this SR and now a lot of attention is being given in this test. So, I call it a setup which might break before the LS.
