While macro correlation do exist between the majors at Higher TF to track money flow around the market, one can't expect micro tick by tick correlation at Lower TF as major players strategically adjust positions in the Pair of interest & its Crosses to move the market in their direction.. There's no democracy in FX, it's the size of the deal that count..

Yup, Mr. Amari (Japan Finance Minister) told a bunch of bank branch managers that the YEN has reached a level "in line with fundamentals." Apparently he also made some comments to that effect yesterday, but those comments were glossed over 'till he restated his view today. Interesting stuff.

London might still take it there especially before NY open. It was too fast, was watching the news but managed to get few. Still waiting for 118.34.

It's definitely possible but a lot harder to do during London session. I grabbed some earlier at .95 small was hoping to get a little more but that was way to quick.

Looks like they ran stops at that .85 level you mentioned earlier.

That level has been quickly rejected. Probably we will approach pre-Amari prices again soon.
