Markets look exhausted some risk already retracing.

Looking eu still 1.35 to sell a bunch for a decent downmove also some pairs already leading a bit next week keeping eyes on equities for exhaustion bars. Gold jan in past was best performer in jan seasonal the cracker is strugling allwel gold oil ratio is intresting if up stocks down if down stocks up now oil is at res and gold mayor support so lets see
Dollar shorts look imo bit exhausted at this point but wtf do i know

..........As you can see, we have turn from red candle to green candle, but that can change of course I know, but we are over the RED EMA 100 and that is significative I beleive........so we will see if this trend continue north or the europeans get a break, they need it I asume, no exports now like this.......or they are happy up to 1.45? MACD is cross to the north on this time frame.......I spect a pull back soon but the trend is up now, the long term one anyways......not the long, long term one but for me a monthly trend is a long one, lol........

........weekly for me is undesided if to keep the move down or cross the Ema Red 100 for sure and keep going up, we will know more this week......

.......and daily is up, due for a retrace unless it want's to go off the park........I dought it, a retrace is a must, but welcome to forex ah, you never know.......mean while I keep collecting swaps on my shorts

..........As you can see is not comun for the red and green arrows to print in this long time frame unless they have a solid reason, but hey there is always a first time, but if you ask me, the upper trend line is the target for this last green arrow.......

who is jack lew and why should we care?.....i have to admit i always thought obama was quite the salesman above all else, but having watched this announcemant and the fanfare along with it this one takes the cake for all time great performances, imo

some VIX, and debt ceiling approaching...........but 20 billion per week in FLOW to the Primary Dealer banks too...that does not include the the FED kickbacks of another 35-40 B per month from MBS interest earned..

FLOW per mo about 120 B

lot of steady FLOW bro with stabilizing bond yields in Europe (IBEX, MIB lot of catching up to do with rest), China looking like a plus import/export numbers, iron ore prices up substantially plus for AUD

so far, US earnings have surprised to the upside but the edge is jobs being cut ie., American Express, and rising income taxes

my 2 cents....also think maybe VOL is back in this market so that means trades to the moon or break the bank but with VOL in play modest position sizing/in out trades/compounding can go a LONG way
