make any sense to you?
oh well, we have our opinions but you seem to me as a much shorter term trader than i am....

1 thing i want to ask you though... WHAT has the EURO done to make it SOOOOO special that could revert the whole EURO crisis we suffered from all along? What in gods name... do you think the EUROPEANS can do to make the EURO strong once again? then ill see where you head is at in the fundamental side...

90 percent of the comments are coming from Muppets or wannabes and after the Euro made a move. A simple click on their names to review their posts , and you will find the majority of them were shorting the Yen of the majors when everything was screaming up ... They Are simply muppets and even they know it ! No one of them knows what happened or why it happened , they just so excited their underwater positions are finally released !

Look at the U.S in march of 09, euro is on its way there. Its just the cycle of the markets and life and the economy, nothing moves in a straight line.

Today hasn't been an easy day. Had shorts from last night start of Asia session which I closed too early. Never trusted pa so I've been going short and long all day. Using very tight sl. Luck only luck made me close the longs I had on eu and gu moments before this fall. I just had lost confidence in them. Lost lots of non bagged pips but made sure the entries were at right points. And moving either to be straight away or if not the entry point that would had been ideal selling a few to get be at safe distance. All in all green day. Long now risking 5. Sl at 57. Looking for 75 but moving to be as soon as possible.

dude you are indirectly insulting me and heres an article for you... if you thought me shorting Yen was bad.... then im sorry to tell you. bad things like this no only happens to me... it happens to big banks like SNB too.. so the folks at SNB are muppets too right? maybe they are... but they are muppets with billions of dollars capable of shutting you up...

So now you think Europe being in crisis should result in a weaker EUR...??? That is so wrong mate I have to say, you are seeing this pair as one leg and one leg only... EUR has been in an upside trend since the days it was 0.8600s agains USD before 2002. We are still in an upside trend if you do want to discuss it from a higher time frame. I am not an economist but worked in finance for some time and I am aware of the US budget deficit. How do you think US is managing that big wound...??? Devaluing a country's currency does not solve the problem fundamentally however it has always been a solution for goverments. Also, ever heard of "Interest-rate parity" which in theory supports to appreciate the currency of a country/union if the interest rate is higher since people will tend to sell the low rate currency and buy the high yield one...

We can talk about fundamentsals all day and night mate, I don't trade the cripple looking at fundamentals anymore. I learnt my lesson, if you want to be rewarded with this shite, you need to trade it shorter time frames, daily would be ideal but again I am a little man, I am happy when I make 40 pips profit on average per day therefore do not consider the BIG Fundamentals all the time. So far this is what worked for me. Otherwise when I see the debt amount of the major EUR participants, there would be no way to trade this thing for me. Italy has the third largest debt in the world while seeing almost no growth of economy... Hard to believe but true... And yet, no one is even talking about it... So I stopped looking at the very big picture for some time and happy with smaller targets/goals.

Again, you may be right, maybe this was a correction of the major drop we have seen but it is too early to be a FULL TIME bear just yet.

Well SNB being reserve system or not, them shorting the EURJPY is as stupid as me shorting the USDJPY so maybe im as stupid as the Big Banks....
only thing is... i shorted the USDJPY BEFORE ABE got elected.... so there was a chance that he didnt get elected and my shorts would've worked... instead. it hit my SL for 100 pips, no suffering there as im holding EURUSD short for 150 pips profit now... USDCHF closing in on 200 pip, and GBPCAD about 100 pip there too...

Just came back from year 2065 after disposing off my obsolete Time Machine. Some Egyptian Kid bought that machine for 2,500 Ameros. I am now using Time Tube.

Unfortunately one thing you dont realize... US CAN literally screw the world with as much deficit as they want.... they are the reserve currency in the world so... and they're not gona be replaced unless CHina opens up their market, with the current condition.... CHina wont open anytime soon in the next 5 years....

As for the EURO.... For EURO to weaken the Wound they are having... what they really need is GROWTH... and with the domestic debt being so high, Growth wont come domestically... Thats why the EURO has to Weaken to Attract Foreign investments for growth..... Understand my standpoint of why the EURO needs to be weak?
Greece wants it, France wants it. But Germany says no..... but even germany will have to succomb to the fact that they need to ease, they need to devalue the euro in ordter to restore comparative advantage in the world..... otherwise china is simply gona siphon all the economy activity away from Europe....
