I did buy on 31040 and 30913.
1D exactly touched bottom trend line and would sharply hit bolinger bottom band if not reversed. Besides, it is 5th wave. Should go at least as high as previous top.

You are also missing the point, bailouts are based on collatoral arb, and there are only 3 countries that have the clout and the finances to arb the bailouts, those are FI/NL/GE. Now if you would take the time and read the fine print of the bailout programs from all 3 in the Troika you will see exactly who is putting the money up. They are roughly 700 pages each and I can understand why you just can't be bothered....

Of course there is a 4th arm and that are FED swaps, but don't really want to muddle the water here, am trying to keep it as simple as I can for you.

yes already winning trade @BE+1 . Considering 3220/3258 to form C point (forming partial Bullish gartley if price stop right C point) then down to 2940 to complete the gartley at point D...just my plan based on Harmonic & Fibonacci ratios

I agree, that's what would happen but I just can't see it being allowed to happen like that - those governments aren't just going to cut their losses and walk away from the Southern European countries because of the damage that it would do to the worldwide banking sector.

Maybe I'm being to much of an optimist but I believe that the EU is here to stay but that it'll not be in the same form in five years (if that long).

Oh, and to FXTyrant - that bitin bold was supposed to be a joke. Sorry if you didn't understand.

2 things gona happen....

take greece for example.... Greece leaves eurozone, greece goes to drachma, and then drachma devalues in order to attract investors for growth... but as you devalue drachma, itll be even harder and harder for a devaluing drachma versus the Euro to pay back the Euro Debt...

If Greece were to get a debt write off like mexicans and brazil did.... the banking community in Europe will collapse due to bad debts written off...

oh my bad sorry bout not realizing the joke... but yea im not optimistic about the European Economy AT ALL....
Europe is on the verge of entering negative growth again, and they didnt even recovered fully from the US market collapse back in 2008....

They won't do it voluntarily, but they may get forced to by either inflation, a shrinking economy, or even one of the 3 losing their rating, that would scupper the whole ESM/EFSF bailout structure and we would have to start all over.

Bring oil up to 100+ for a month or so and bye bye periphery. It is not upto just the 3, it is all up to the markets, what if the bond guys would widen that spread again, but this time on France and Italy, coupled with inflation hitting 3 and a few points of GDP, that would very quickly put an end to any bailout plan.

Everybody and his sister is watching Germany/Holland/Finland, any hiccup with those 3 and the sh!t will really hit the fan.

none of this is about choices, the choices are forced upon them and have been so from day 1. If only Greece/Spain/Portugal would have behaved better in the first place, we wouldn't even be discussing this right now.

its probably best not to trust forex by feeling... learn to read charts by Price Action buddy.... or if ur not confident on lower TF and PA, go to Higher TF and trade longer TF, Longer time frame are often charts the give you better picture of whats going on... but patience to trade higher tf is required....

im not up for the whole Up move today but maybe tomorrow the NFP might mess things up agian...

It is time for the pair to go down. Investors will again remember Euro zone troubles and come back to shorting the currency. Very important support was broken today and if it holds the path of least resistance is down.

Absolutely right but they could see the gravy waiting to be lapped up, too many people were willing to turn a blind eye to the ridiculous figures that they supplied and some of the major banks manipulated and, possibly even, falsified those figures to allow everyone to look the other way. It's what happens when you Empire Build, I suppose.

oh and need t stress the importance of Media too... EURUSD rallied in november and december due to the lack of media coverage on Europe... the News guys decided to give Europe a break but once they come back.... Europe may just get hammered like whack-a-mole all over again....
