Here is the devil inside me thinking : If there was a deal , why are they waiting for a vote after Market close and the day next will be vacation- so market is still closed ! A deal reached and signed will send the stocks higher and make people both happy and money ... THERE IS NO DEAL , JUST STALLING AND STALLING - till market close and the truth will set the dollar free !

Hear them talking : Hopeful talks and progress - yeah progress in few hours left

they will sign any kind of agreement even in January and make it rectroactive

it seems to me neither dem and rep want really an agree

With these politicians, anyone that says something that sounds like they're being uncooperative at this point is gonna look like the bad guy and get tons of flak for it if they don't end up reaching the deal. Nothing they say about the "progress" they're making has any value.
