why not, oil is toppy. lower oil helps the usd, it also strengthens the yen.

/NKD is down as well which can contribute to the stronger Yen. I don't see what happening though is the US markets continue to go lower. Money has got to somewhere.

Will be reallocating for optimal result along the way...

Other than that most of the portfolio will be heavily weighted in my favorite non-yen majors for active asset allocation.

I don't think it is very smart to go long at any Yen pair at this moment.

Traders want to close the books for this year, which means taking profit on the yen pairs.

your probably right. the yen us sinking fast. then consider they have no oil. they import most energy. they have plans to close all their nuke plants. sure the want more inflation and all they stuff we read about.

they like the u.s., devalue by choice. they devalue because the currency is naturally stronger with all things = today. tell me this. at 0 % and when they buy all their own bonds. what will they do then? they are building more factories in the u.s. because of energy cost.

i wish i had a country.. i would print, and buy as much yen, usd, euro, gold, silver, oil and mules as they would let me. hoard it and have a fake revolution. then start a new government, with 0 debt (new currency) and all the fools money, etc. then the imf could give me some more money while NATO would defends me.

If your looking for rolls check out nok/JPY it's at 4.75% not really volatile either it moves 1000's os pips but there not really worth much but the roll is amazing. It's has similar volatility to u/j just different scale size.

I will leave the old longs from 100.xx - 103.xx at BE+1 until next year. I don't think there will be 700-1,300 pips correction from profits taking.

With SMA-20 and 50 converging, looking for a breakout. Momentum is still bullish, confirmed by SMA-100 and 200.

Trading EUR/USD long above 1.3283.
