Dislikedstaffpro1, do you want to say that we should no longer expect positive Canadian dollar correlation with oil in the future?Ignored
DislikedHere is my USD/CAD Daily chart that I have been watching. The ATR has slacked off lately. But lack of movement on a pair isn't the same as not being able to make money on it. You just can't make hundreds of pips on it...which isn't the same thing.
I'd much rather trade something boring that predictably won't move much at all and then ramp up the volume.
Best,
Eric.Ignored
DislikedIndeed, this pair crawl like snails. However I have long this pair base on trend reversal. As long as 0.9900 is defended this pair could possible climb back to parity. Furthermore, cad GDP news later may give this pair a boost or vice versa.Ignored

DislikedBump - true, however I would highly recommend to any newbie starting out in trading to start here with this pair (for now as things could change in the future). Low margin, it gives good signals but less volatile, giving the new trader time to react and respond without the emotional anxiety and teaching the newbie patience.Ignored
DislikedLooks like a great low risk opportunity to be long at around .9840 with a SL at .9820 with an objective back above parity
