btw what do you guys think about that fiscal cliff. As i read they are just a few $ away from a deal. Democrats have gone up from 250.000$ to 400.000$ Republics down from 1 mill to 500.000$ . So they are only 100.000$ away from a Deal. Solution seems to be possible soon. But how will that affect the market? A lot of rumors have already been priced in. Volume is thin these Days. ... so another buy the rumors, sell facts thing?

You just witnessed the effects in major pairs - profit takings - safety first - plan later.

Also sudden drop in S&P from 1448.00 to 1441.90.

sounds about right. but, that's just the income tax; what's the agreement on cuts looking like? it'd prob be better long term to just go straight over the damn cliff.
