It seems that Symphonie v4.4 repaints on 15m.

Can you add the right charts let us know what you got
and did you used optimied setting
secondly did you enter after closing bar or all colors you jump in
?????

v4.4 doesnt repaint sitting here trading it now on the 15 min

look for a buy signal above the 200 day, consolidation below the 100 day, and short below the 200 day. unless you are scalping for 10+ pips, do not worry about it. long term hourly or semi weekly traders should look for signals in these areas.

Hi Eval !

Nice piece of work you made you and lhdt !
Howhever after having trying it for a few days, my +1 SL is always hit, even if right after that PA go to my primary target

Also you give 2 different M5 settings actually, maybe that's why there is such confusion (see attachements); which one is the right one ?

One more question: did you made the testing only on the EU or 4.4 as be also tested on other TF.

How long have you been testing it for Fable, I use the 15 min and puulled 160 pip last night so i have faith in the 15 settings in the 5 i have issues

I use M5 symph since 9 month as a trigger for higher TF bias, I'll give a try to the 15min insteed.

Hi Allisonmagic,

Will you enter long trade in the EUSUSD at the 2nd dotted vertical green line? The price has satisfied the criteria: price > 100 SMA (red) > 200 SMA (green). Syphonie system has also indicated signal to enter long. If you follow the 5 min symphonie system without any reference to the 100 SMA and 200 SMA, it has already generated more than 50 pips.

However, I will not enter long trade as the slope of 100MA is going downwards, but 100 SMA is a lagging indicator. If I follow 5 mins symphonie trading signal, I would have already get 50 pips if my T/P is 50 pips. What is your opinion regarding this trade when the current candle has not closed yet. If it shows a reversal candle, I believe the decision will be easier to make.

at this point, my entry on the 1h chart would be at 1.33021.. this is 5 pips over the high, including the spread for accuracy.

if we break 1.3307, we should see clear to the 1.3360 area short term and 1.3554 area in the long term

your entry all depends on how you feel, this is just what i would do at this point. (if i was trading the euro)


I've attached a chart with the pivots I'm looking at. I've measured my targets using the Fibonacci retracement however

As a matter of fact yes, sclap trading turning to swing trade are always the best.
Howhever I don't use H1 symph.

But my trouble with the new symph is dilemma, 10 pips = BE to +1 is something a like because very conservative. BUT according to the rules, the pending order is really often at some strong fractal, and when this level is break (aka the pending order is trigger), 90% of the time or so PA will go back to the entry level, and that's why I always get the SL +1 trigger.

So my question to eval, how do you manage to avoid this fact ?

It seems like the declining slope for SMA 100 is giving the heads up on where it is heading at least for the next 1 or 2 hrs. I am going to short the trade if it coincides with the symphonie trading signals (all red).
