I have nothing against Wolf. I too have enjoyed reading her posts. The question asked was about the speed at which she got so many vouches. I know there are a few guys here with more than 2,000 posts with 10+ vouches. Do you think they got them as quickly? Do you think they were less commited to learning to trade? To be sure this happens to members that are male as well as female. And says more about the vouching system than anything else.

lol, ya... there are very few shorts...!, eventually, the big boys will blow all the long SL's, then keep moving up or whatever, this is clearly bullish but Syria could bring a ship full of bears over the weekend, better stay out.

menawhile, i took my 5 pips down, in a sea of bulls, i'll step out of the herd right now, lol...

hi guys
in my humble hopinion..... EU price wil be going higher.
but there are actually 3 problems:

1. we are in strong resistance area proved important in last weeks (1.3120-1.3170)
2. its end of the week
3. the move from 1.29 is quite steep

i will reload longs higher if area broken next week, or lower if buy dips will be still possible
have a good weekend
90% of traders use TA, indicators and prediction

No I would not give a vouch to someone who was just asking for a mentor. I gave it for all 3 reasons listed. Learning and applying what is learned are two totally different things. I don't give vouches lightly. I have been a member here for over 5 years and I average around 5 vouches a year.

I have seen people get 10+ vouches in less than a day here. With thousands of members here it doesn't take much to get 10+.

I posted my reasons for giving the vouch for one purpose, Wolf (regardless of gender) contributes in a positive way to this thread which is something this thread really needs. People who like to play the internet bully ruin too many things for other people in the interest of perpetuating their own self importance.

Gents...! We have moved more than 500+ pips since 1.2660s. We - some of us - considered this as a bear retrace. Fine...But I guess we should at least drop the bearish view for a while... There is no real bear at least not here. Are bulls here? Don't know... But talking about bears at this stage does not make any sense to me. At least switch to neutral side but staying still bearish may cost you some bucks... Just my humble opinion... Trade safe...

This is my last post on the subject.

You and I agree that many people get vouches quickly and for a myriad of reasons. Unfortunately, the least of those reasons is sometimes the quality of the trader or the quality of the posts.

The question asked was about the speed at which she got the vouches. Based on the speed and the fact that not all vouches are because of quality, it is easy to assume that some guy vouched for her because he was trying to "hit" on her. That's no different than why some guys "like" a girl on facebook.

Now, when I saw her vouches increasing the first thing I did, was look to see who was doing the vouching.

If Magnumfreak and Gator are doing the vouching, that means something to me. We may not trade the same way, but I respect them. I suspect theat Magnumfreak and Gator have seen members come in with a blaze of glory only to fade away in a whimper.

I guess I should of said not to focus on the speed of the vouches, but on those doing the vouching. And left what believe to be obvious to myself.
