The yellow outlined area is in effect a "volume gap" creating an imbalance... It also appears on the daily profile. At some point in time price will revisited this area...when is the only question.

EUR/USD intraday: continuation of the rebound


Pivot: 1.288

Our preference: Long positions above 1.288 with targets @ 1.295 & 1.297 in extension.

Alternative scenario: Below 1.288 look for further downside with 1.2835 & 1.282 as targets.

Comment: the next resistances are at 1.295 and then at 1.297.

pretty wide TP I would have it at 301 max for H&S formation

I'm looking at the Dec 6th high area... Of course this will be confirmed when we break thru 1.2971.

Not so sure about just the one level.. I have 301 so basically 1.3000 as a level.

Yes, people probably dont know yuan is CNY, Chinese currency.

closed most longs on EJ on that spike, similarly with AU.

a bit exposed to downside looking for something to long, obviously this is ok if we go down, but we don't know until it happens.

can use every colourful indicator in the world, won't help protect an incorrect trade

That's why I went long and the price moved to 1.288. Now it seems is starting the XMas trade style: 20- pip / day ... in random direction... Until jan 15 is a coin toss.

Probably I will try it me to so go in a direction with a news release, but for USD the news looks good, eur bad, but no steam yet to push in either way, maybe the next 3 day will move 100 pip in some direction: retest 1.3, 1.31 or 1.28...
