It really depends on the markt and the timeframe you trade but yes you are correct Symphonie will help to keep you on the trend and out of nasty whipsaws. I will say if the whipsaws are large (as show by the past 3 weeks) you can get catch in them and that is where the other components of Symphonie help protect you.

Symphonie Trader System is a complete trading system not just an indikator. Post#1 should explain that to you.

Hey, would you or LhDT mind post the .mq4 file of Matrix 4.4? It would be great read the code and see with my own eyes what have you done so that the indi stop repainting. I thought anyone would be able to code such thing, but you've demonstrated once again that you two are pretty skilled.

No...Symphonie Matrix 4.4h is propietary and closed to open sourcing. It is my system and there was alot of work put into 4.4h and I do not wish it copied or code stolen to make some Frankenstein based on this code. There has been enough copying of Symphonie and others claiming it was their original idea.

I give out the indicator, strategy for using it, growthplans and worksheets, plus I even optimize for multiple timeframes all for free...Isn't that enough???

Looks great, what pip renko chart is that?, I have been trying it with 8 pip renko bars with evaluators 15 min settings and all his rules

Oh, it's not open source anymore. I understand. It was matter of time that some jerks would show the code claiming it was created by them... Yeah, I agree with you about not sharing it. Otherwise, the system has been proved by itself to be profitable so there are no reasons to change the code.

You've guided us for a lot of months for free in this Symphonie travel, of course it's more than enough. You might be one of the kindest people roaming around this forum. I didn't want to sound ungrateful, my apologies.

the 2 next to each other are 4 pip renko, the bigger chart a 10 pip renko, mt4 charts

Both Renko and HA bars have been used with Symphonie. Some find it helpful, however, you will loose the ability to see candlesticks because the become blocks at that point. You will no longer see the long wicks like in normal candlesticks and I find that helpful as you can see the markt moves become exhausted and that is first signs of a peiod of consolidation or markt reversal.

Use them if you wish, I do not like them. If you go throught he thread you will find them attached to one of the posts and also you will read a discussion about them. (My apologies but I do not remember where but I think it is in the 300 page range of this thread)
