PT, your weekly trendline on E/U seems to be holding for support right now...not busted through.

Bummer, I was hoping to see it keep going but it seems to show retrace more possible for now

i manage to bury my long scout with his arms at 1.3045,very small position really, but i had already took my 108 green pips before on the long side.

Bounced of 150% extension of broken channel (besides the other stuff that coincided there, not worth mentioning..)

i dont know why but looking at weekly chart i have this feeling that journey started for 1.1800 and next 4 months i like to keep my bias to the down side,that means i like to short every rally and not to think about being long.

Great day for stubborn bears (that's me... and a few others) today.

Hoping to see some continuation in the Asian session.

Tomorrow is a different dog as focus turns towards NFP which is expected to suck.

you see the NFP is kind of funny because most times when it sucks....it becomes USD bullish due to risk off
and when it is good it becomes equity, and eur bullish due to risk on....

so I don't know what to make of it but even if it sucks due to sandy how much is priced in...or how much will be knee jerk and the long term sucky growth rate of the EZ become an issue again.

What to say when people's hope, wish, expectation, ego, bias elements all mixed up. Bears would love to see it drops and bulls to see the rally.

Yes I have seen both sides from a NFP report. I think this time if it "sucks" by being below 86K the market may anticipate more QE possibly announced on Dec 12. You know how Mr. Market loves to front run things. He should be in the Olympics.

That is why as a trader you must plan for all circumstances in all markets. I walk the talk by having a main (Short) and a smaller sub account (Long). I usually wait 5-15 minutes before placing a trade. Elvis sang "only fools rush in..."
