just a question: you mean 4 hours trading time is enough time to run the 1h TF with 5min TF?
isn't it rare that i get signals from the 1h TF in my trading time from 8-12 gmt?what about using 6major pairs to get more signals?

Using higher timeframes mean your trades will take longer to develop and move. That is why I state to trade in larger timeframe. In a larger timeframe, you will not have many signals and will not have to be at desk all the time. Also, another key is to trade during peak volume times versus all 24 hours.

The Markts usually have peak times that provide the best signal and they occur at beginings of the different world markts. I trade open of Frankfurt, London, and Open USA markts in New York and European markt close because is my time zone. Then my day is complete. There are other peak period as well with timezones for example; Dubia, Sidney, Bangladesh, and Tokyo exchanges all provide markt volumes to support or reverse trends. So, look at your trade times and see when one of the major markt opens are in your time or adjust your times to trade when they are open.

Lastly, choose your currency pair that best agree with your time of trade. Trading AUDNZD is best done at Sidney markt open versus USA markt open because of the currency pair and one will be best to trade EURUSD at Europe and USA markt times versus Sidney markt time.

Hi Evaluator,

I was trying to get less false signal for the " Cycle Indentifier w/ Alert 1 major" indicator. It seem if you change the " Price Action Filter = 3" . I get less false move and better signal. Do you have a optimize setting for the indicator?

You must play with it as it is an indikator we do not use very much.

Thanks....it seems that different FX pairs like either on of the other setting; 1 or 3. So I guess set it to the different FX pair.

Hi evaluator, thank you so much for this thread I think it's awesome I have been mentored in option trading for many many years and I saw this symphonies system and i saw the results people were getting which is amazing. Just have a question in regards to the system..

For entry we need the four colors to be the same either buy or sell

For exit is it just fcolor change in extreme spike for 4 candles? Been trialling for several days and must be getting something wrong

I'm sorry that i wasn'table to read all pages yet. I was testing the Symphony-indikators from the first pages and for the backtest they looked really good that i tried them. But because of the already mentioned 'repainting' it happend several times, that i got in with 4 certain indicators but 2 minutes later 2 of them changed the colour and it went straight to my S/L.

So i donwloaded now the newer version and hope i can get a really short explanation or a hint to the page where i find it.

As i read the indicators i would have 2 fake-signals yesterday, or did i just read something wrong, because i go clear against the trend for example.

OK... Here is my Christmas present to all. A new Symphonie. After months of work by LdHT and myself we are proud to release this new Symphonie Matrix indikator. (4.4h)

You will no longer need any additional indikator as this version is complete stand alone and no additionals that are need. Best of all....none of this indikator repaints. No row will ever repaint once the time bar is closed.

However, there are some special rules that you need to follow as this indikator is timeframe specific. That is right you need to modify the input settings to be most optimized to the timeframe you are trading.

And now the second present....After months of testing, trading, and testing and trading, Below is a TimeFrame Matrix that I have found to be most optimized for the timeframes. H O W E V E R, you still may wish to fine tune the input settings for your trading timeframe to your prefered.

Now It follows the same rules as post #1 however, instead of immediate order entry at signal. I place a pending order that is usually 5 pips away and let the markt come to me. Exit rules follow post#1 but exit on first candlebar colour change. I also exit on Trend changes as well.

Lastly, I have stricter Stoploss rules that I follow. I set Stoploss at the swing high/low (usually less that 30 pips) but at 10 pips move I move stoploss to break even +1 pip, at 30 pips move; stoploss is moved to BE+3 pips so it is slighting stricter Dynamic Stoploss.

To further prove the power of Symphonie; as you recall I mentioned that having a firm growth strategy in place and setting weekly goals is most important for trading. I even provided my plan Post 14,318 for all to use as a template for steady account growth.

Therefore, to demonstrate this past Jan., I setup account with 1000$ in it and traded the Symphonie Method with a strategy of maintaining AT A MIN. a 5 % growth plan per week. I open up my books and show you my progress for all that has passed for 2012 to show you that it can be achieved. You will notice that not every week was a positive growth but I was alble to grow tha account significantly and now I have a nice Christmas present to pay for my holiday this year. My plan is to spend 90% and start over 2013 with 10% of the balance as of today.

So tax take 50% ()
10% to Church and Charity
10% to start 2013

That leave me with 30% for vacation, presents and fun!

It can be done and what I have do this year proves it!!!!

The key is consistance and determination. (Symphonie helps too...)
