I believe this still stands, just finding the top of the right triangle.

I believe 1.31 would be a nice top, but you never know anything in this game until it is has already happened.

st sometimes lies. st has 3144 as a min target. another for 3147.
if you make a tl from the higher closes using the 3171 and the 3139 candle, it crosses at the current high today.

for the usdx to hit 79.48, w/o leaving the wedge,... it would not hit 79.48 until 29 hours from now.. about 00 est Thursday

yep less is best, not saying you dont need do research, but some time analysis to paralysis, causees confusion, conflicting opinion, then is where mistake is waiting to happen.

trade plan should be in concrete before enter, all research completed, enter trade and let plan do its thing, removes all emotion, trade plan go ok excellent, if goes bad, redo plan, find out what went wrong, learn, move on little bit wiser

Bears are still in this scrap, agreed bull has done nicely in this rally, "just" like bears have done well on the bigger fall

That pattern looks valid, I'm waiting to short, your chart looks very convincing...have you tried Wolfe Waves to see if you can confirm that 1.3100 is truly the top?

I am waiting for the bears to come back out of hibernation

All I know is that it will happen eventually, expecting to reach top this week.

Sound advice! Thanks bro.. Learn more and more here everyday.. I should be trading more than I am right now but I'm reading the whole wd gann collection -_- my head hurts 0.o

there are two things I'm playing... yesterday was 3046. I mentioned I will sell above it and buy below it. Today is 3076. Same approach. However these numbers will have to play well with how the sessions get configured.. I sold at what was the top of the TY session at the time. So both the session and the pivoty number (3076) lined up. This was obviously a counter trend trade so I did close it as soon as it got stuck. I would consider a "with trend" trade a long below 3076.

buying the "top", selling below I think was in relation with a discussion I had with sum_1. It was about the value area (market profile stuff). I don't know..

The hourly ( even hourly ! ) trend in EU has been bullish from 13 th November ( except 16 th, 27th and 28 th for a brief period ) in my chart.

Three weeks continuously bullish.

Correction is definitely overdue.

nope I dont think bears sleeping, they being smashed by noda, this rally has been driven by 9trillion yen passive intervention, backed by usd fiscal cliff jitters, and SNB minor interventions, has nothing to do with euro appreciation

I watch multiple pairs and everything has been reacting to yen chf movements most, and not normal reactions either, pa has been all over the place,
Think a second, "Greece agrees to buy back their debt", market reacts, what a load bs, how can you buy back your own debt with money being lent, which now forms a big part of the original debt, in the same breath analyst worldwide, including Greece, acknoledging there is no foreseeable ability for Greece economy to go positive, prior to 0225 3 years outside the ECB restriction period
Greece has already defaulted on early relief packages, and now they waiting for another one, saying stupid arse comments as above,

Hell if I could afford it, I would hire the whole greek govt, to raise me some funds, on such terms

When the truth comes out we have another 2008 on our doorstep, patience now is more important than ever before (except 2008)
