what's pissing me off actually, is how FF is set up.. The iggy should also go the other way.. If I have somebody there, they should not be able to see my posts either. Kind of like blocking someone on twitter. But that would imply people should have an account and log in before they can see the forum.

I really wonder , if there is short positions underwater - where would their stoploses be? Because from what i see one pip above 1.31 should have some nice stops that waiting to be filled , but the bigger ones are their near 1.32 ...

If a new cluster of Stoploses to be build , Euro has to retrace alittle bit before reaching new high - however , my ideal scenario would be 1.30800/900 that leads to 1.295 / 1.29 , this should give some insurances to hide the sl behind , then it could be filled and give fuel to further high !

One thing i know for sure, is many people will be wiped this month , who thinks that it can't reach any higher ... and it already started today !

yep and that wouldn't be good for visitor numbers...

and that wouldn't be good for advertising rates

guess we are stuck with it

yup. a collection of shorts gasping for air (and buying to get out) could be another source of price support.

things don't look too good for shorts right now.


PS: every time price drops near R2 (~3055) somebody starts buying... you might be on to somethin there... with the underwater shorts - R2 is where they become willing to take a loss? --- on the other hand, maybe some M+A guys get happy when price falls near 3050 and resume buying?

One thing i know for...
you are absolutely right looking at the monthly charts it is quite possible that it would scale new highs, so i guess i would hold my position without stop loss and have the next sell at 1.3480 and another one at 1.3886 if it were to go there these are 50 and 61.8 retracement levels. Bear trend is intact as long as 1.5120 is not taken out and fundamentally it is out of question. And i expect to see 1.19 before 1.5120.

Its unwise to short against a H1 buying bar like that , as equal to long with powerful selling H1 Bar ... But, to give the bears some credit - it did move on midday news , but the Merkel statement and Greece Bond offer plus early Chinese PMI they were all indicating a high !

1st target is 450 pip its hardly a push, 1.6440 is a lil of a push but technical wise its possible, emotionally its a diff question all together , when this pair took just lil over a month to hit the recent low from the recent highs it was a 700 pip push it took less than 30 trading days. But will it happen, we can wait and watch the PA will shows us.

Nope I don't gamble and my account will be above breakeven level if the pair were to go to 1.8 with all the three position, my SL if anything it would be 1.5120. My time frame allows me to take decision after i have concrete evidence to cut my position.

A stop should be placed where you know your setup is invalid. If you wait until it gets there the only thing that's going to happen is all rational thought goes out the window and your emotions take over. Stops serve you well if you use them right.

Thoughts? [Gravy train doesn't last forever]

retracement back to at least 1.25 by Xmas. Followed by bullish Jan/Feb taking us to higher levels
