Best thing to avoid this is to look for divergences in 15min TF, then 5min TF and time entry on 1min TF


But even then you got sometimes burned
In my study I use divergency to determinate wave iii, 3, and end cycles... nothing more

It is a good time to call a short at euro dollar. 1H chart double divergence and diagonal is completed.... Let see if this diagonal is not the beginning of a extension of wave 5 :O

Euro dollar 1H. I see 3 waves up from todays low. The diagonal could end with 3 or 5 waves. So a spike @ 1.3060/70 doesnt change the view. Price 1.2880 will decide if this new wave is 4 or X. By the way dont forget the extension wave 5 that is the killer for me. :S

There is 2 ways to lose in this trade.
1. Extension wave 5 that could send euro yen to 1.09
2. Wave 4 as ABC, where B is triangle.

Hey Luis I want to see the next couple 4h bars. I believe we are in an extended wave 5 and this is only wave 3 of that 5. First .3082 resistance from the trend and then test the .3170 area. But we have to see in next 8 hours. Green pips to you!!

how the market give us a triangle, this is entry is not good now, cause that give us the possibility of a new high. So it is better to wait break 1.0720 to get short euro yen if there is not a diagonal you will be fine, or try luck selling @107.70/80. Without see the market at that level I can say a possible stop.
