a year has 12 periods..
the day closed a doji. the week the month the year may close in a doji...

I actually never thought about how many touches it needs, so i am not sure
i like 3+ on the opposite side of the break.. the # 3 touch/bounce is a rejection. a break of the other shows its serous. in a rejection. you need that because the #3 touch is a HH or a LL.. in the wedge... it has to prove its a counter move in the break.
