how i hedge it?? i still loose more money if i go long now and then news come out and it go down then i loose on both long and short????????

Of course.. The idea was to put a pause on it, get rested, think about it and make a decision with a clear mind. That's all..

From your reply I take it you're hoping to go down.. That is not a decision.. You will have to make one sooner or later..
