How do you quantify Reward if you don't have a preset risk? PA could keep running until we hit 106.50? And then? When do you say enough is enough...

It's hard to build a system if you don't use SL's or atleast a mental idea of where you will get out if it keeps going against you...

I am also in the camp who does not use stop losses. I trade smaller than rational in a pyramid formation. Since Oct 2011 I have had 10 losses and over 1100 wins using real money. On Sunday I posted how I do it.

Interesting! What would your return be on that system? I've heard of swing trading and trying to catch the highs and lows but don't fancy it myself seeing as I prefer to have a set risk (1%) with a set outcome.

How did you lose if you ever use a SL? and how big were those losers?

I dont know per the rules of the forum if we are allowed to discuss actual returns. However I will say I started with 2 digits and now it has grown to 5 digits (USD).

I sent some screen shots of my trading platform. BUT BUT BUT I designed a priopiartary software that performs my money management. It tells me how much to trade and my MT4 and OANDA indos tell me where to get in. I also monitor newsfeeds as well.

I have the market tell me when to get out using a Finger Trap method 1M.

If you dont use a SL then you must live with a DD. That is where trading smaller than rational comes with a pyramid formation

the price goes up @ down within different TF
i may take sep-by-step sells/buys - depends on the direction i chose because of various issues
after the price come to dady i took TP
if i feel the my direction is wrong i lock my positions and go another direction
when the price come to dady2 (oposite direction) i took TP2, add some positions to direction1 and correct my TP1 for others
hate if price stuck between 2 points (this way i may take my loss or enter another fight, prefer to fight)

My inital tip of the praymid pos size is 0.06 - 0.13% of account depending where Euro is on the price scale. My software increments from there additional sizes based on E price, number of open pos and account size. It also suggests min level to get in once indos confirm. this is to aviod a price plop. It also tells me the % of Euro hitting a certain price in a certain time. All in real time.

It also has a war game feature where all open positions are listed and where I can add potential positions AND Euro price (say what would my DD be if Euro was at 1.35 with current position load) I can switch to real time pricing as well.

trying to breakout for a up but resisted @ 1.2830 area, so you can try buy with sl @ 1.2775 target 1.2830 area, although I will be waiting for sale opp.

So, bullish H4 price is above 50,9,30 MA . clearing out 1.2830 means plus 50 so short zone may be around 1.2880 area, have a small buy.

in the TF1H last 40 days database it is already ovr EMA200 but now design a PIN on resistance 1,283 ..... tima to short ???

Yesterday was +89% and now +600%. Mostly from EUR/JPY and all at BE. NOTE THIS IS DEMO NOT MY LIVE ACCOUNT. My target is to consistently 10,000% then I will try on my LIVE.
