The recent high at 1.2830 might be an important top and a turn around could start. We have an ABC retracement on the daily chart (100% Fib extension at 1.2831), the low of October 11th and an ending diagonal/ three drives pattern on the hourly. Lets see...First target should be below the daily pivot point

I would think the down move will accelerate with the closure on European markets.

HP's bad news will drive index down
Housing starts good news = less probability of QE4, meaning stronger USD..... i.e. EUR down.

Just my opinion.

I thought QE3 was until the end of time, in endless quantities? And that it should've driven the euro to 9.99. So why is this not happening?
another words, the news, the talks and all the draghi/merkel/bernanke/greece manipulation had slowly lost their impact, the market's minding its own business, which is what it should be doing.
