+65 pips for the day on EU and EJ. All pairs are in ranging mode now.... Bank holiday in USA today. Dont expect much volatility

Will be away the next couple of days in business trip.

1 - Draw a horizontal line, select the line, Right click, choose Horiontal line properties, Visualization tab, make sure you have checked all timeframes

Hi

Im still using the principles from post 1 and generally the principles from Trading Made Simple thread.
You have to adapt it to your trading style using the technical concepts that you like (SR, Fibs, Divergence, HH,LL, Trend definition, PAtterns, etc..)
But i can say that you have everything here to succeed.

Make sure you write your rules and trading plan and backtest it to know the expectancy of the system.
Backtesting will also help fine tune your SL and TP placement as well as build your confidence on the system.
Confidence and Emotional control is a key ingredient for success.

Regarding the thread from LE1, i have studied it, and as far as i can say, most of the time it gives me entries at the same time as X-Man system.
The only difference is (and thats why i have studied it) that it helps you getting re-entries in case you are a scalper or if you missed an 1H entry.

ad 1: I made sure, and it doesn't work. I think, that this "feature" is related to the template, coz on other charts it works fine.

usd/chf eur/jpy and eur/usd just touched the daily channel on the 4h TF. TDI is not signaling anything yet.
Tomorrow during the London session I'm expecting some entry points for these pairs. Is anyone watching this?

Just closed a second scalp trade.....both based on 38 fib pullbacks.....40 pips on a day where US banks are closed for holiday....not a bad day.

But the 2nd scalp had no TDI support. the green line when u entered the trade was flat

Guys some advice please, if you don't mind.

In your opinion, if the next candle will open on the lower low of the last red candle, will this be a correct entry?
The PA is already on the top of the daily channel, TDI has a corresponding cross.
the daily high of Friday will act as a resistance,which will be also my SL (~50 pips)

You are correct...on the second trade there was no TDI support....but as stated in the initial posting, the trade was taken on a pullback from the 38 fib level.....often when price is stairstepping down (or up), priice will retrace to the 38 fib and reverse....if this occurs during the times I trade, I look for and take those trades based on that action alone....without TDI confirmation. If you will look at your chart.....the TDI did confirm that trade about 2 hours later and over the next 13 hours it moved about 40 pips more.

If the current candle were to close right at that location, I would not take the trade due to the long wicks at both end of the candle.....long wicks at both ends indicate consolidation so direction becomes very uncertain...if the current candle on your chart were to close below the bottom of the red candle....I would then take the trade.
