Yes on the face of it an opportunity but on the negative side....
1. It is a singular support point - not as strong as multiple
2. It is after a rapid move up - therefore possible rapid retrace
I would look at what other signs you have to go with it such as
1. larger TF S&R
2. fibs
3. multiple tests
etc...
