UChf: Entered long. Dragon quite flat, which could mean some difficulty. I might be entering too soon, but Frankfurt just opened.

This might be making a triple bottom. Very high trading as the price drops. Possible "stopping" volume. Highest trading at lowest prices = buyer motivated maneuver down most likely, to load up longs. If this moves back up sometime later today or tomorrow, and a Sonic R. long setup occurs, it could be for a very nice trade upwards.

I've just entered a long, before this spike down. Actually, I have several long trades now running on this. I am encouraged that this spike down comes out of the blue. No "news" excuse, etc. So, the market might simply be doing what it does; manipulates prices in whatever direction it wants so it can load up a position ahead of a bigger, opposite move. This is speculative, so we'll have to wait to see what happens over the next few days.

It 's a support few pips below my entry but i short it because of the angle of dragon is to steep (5 o clock), so it's good momentum ..

Your title is UsdJpy short but the attached picture is AudUsd short ...Also, in my opinion, if i short, my tp can be around 1.0345/50 because i see Au near the low trendline on H1..

Thanks for the notice i fix the title .. I m out anyway on this .. Waiting now GbpUsd .. It not good trade this one.. Also i never trade 5 minutes .. I m steel in(GBPJPY) .. 0,4 before my stop loss .. We will see !!

We still need to wait to see how this continues to unfold, but yesterday's final spike down was likely the market closing shorts (buying), which caused the price to rise after the quick maneuver down that started the buying process as the price dropped. And todays PA could very well be nothing more than the market using the average of the full range as a target "accumulation" price, driving the price down as it bought longs, and back up as the buying of longs continued.

This is all speculative, I remind you. But, if this analysis is correct, then the market is bullilsh and during a "news void" it is being very cagy and manipulative in switching from short to long. And eventually there will be a Sonic R. long setup that runs well. As always, it is best to heed Master Sonicdeejay's advice and, "...let the Dragon and PA show the way."

GU Commentary:

Note the sustained high volume thru the LS (London Session). Also note that the price was first quickly rammed up by the market. Then, on sustained high trading the price slowly dropped. When the price "got too low", the market again rapidly pushed the price right back up. I take this PA as a sign the market is bearish, selling to close longs and selling to open shorts. And the market has put the price above the whole number, and has been keeping it there, while switching from longs to shorts.

This is speculative, I remind you. But, if this analysis is correct, the market is preparing for a move down, maybe still this week, or maybe next week. Personally, this makes me more prone to act on a Sonic R. short setup than a long one, when ever the next comes around. That is bad because, as always, I need to "...let the Dragon and PA show the way...."
