europe is the most weird session in my opinion and they are all pumped up everyday and buy the euro and pound. more reasonable session is NY.

why do you think my shorts are naked? im basing my shorts on a down trend... so as long as that 1.0550 top of the down trend holds... im still gona stay short....
i know its hard to accept but, buddy i know im suffering from drawdowns on the AUDUSD,but i dont only trade AUDUSD... i trade GBPUSD, NZDUSD, USDCAD, and those trades are offsetting my losses on my AUDUSD for the past 2 weeks.... look at my balance, its still growing... and Equity is following... but still need to catch up....

I was waiting to get long if the market decides to priced in a ridiculous 60 or 70% chance of a rate cut in Nov, and get in just before. But seems like markets not as dumb as I thought. Oh well.

To all you guys hoping for an "intervention", come on get real. The last time the RBA ever intervened it was on the buy side during the financial crisis. I don't recall the RBA ever selling in recent memory. The RBA is not Japan, and they only intervened because the excessive fx volatility was impacting real businesses.

Stocks were at month lows and AUD still held strong which is why I remain bullish on the Aussie for the time being.

When looking at Crude, Gold, DOW, and S&P H4 time frame, they have all formed a nice support zone and are starting to look like round bottoms.

I'm anticipating, when NY opens up, to see bullish activities with most majors as well as US equities.

i think the Dollar and renewed Europe problems would be the catalyst to Strong Dollar Demand on a risk off flow....

well there is some truth here. i wonder
if there is a study to see after how long the cb starts barking to they generally pull the trigger. Boj Snb Rba are in the same boat. Rba just started barking loudly now. Obviously its at the first stage verbal intervention and that only causes retraces.

there is no reason for being bullish. hedge funds can still short it.

This is going to happen every release for AUD bulls and Bears its something I have learned cannot be avoided this ego like 'I told you so' mentality is not going to work in the long run. We can't possibly know what the RBA is going to do given the recent data points these last several weeks if it was for a bear case

They have had back to back cuts since 06 at this time
Bull case: Everything especially china is ticking upwards again

Those who have been short at 1.06 are sitting pretty, Those who have been short the Hour of the RBA OCT rate cut are sitting pretty (were trading less than 1% above that price), Those who got in at 1.04 area and a bit higher are sitting pretty until RBA.

Until the RBA comes out with their announcement in several days this back and forth is like arguing on a Youtube video about the Illuminati, who really shot JFK, Is this market manipulated ect ect it really is exahusting

But those coming on here who have a position short or long and have a conviction stick with it and hold that conviction the first week on NOV.

People are in at different levels and employ different leverage tactics or hedging strategies If someone is worried about the market doing this or that before the RBA in nov that could only mean 2 things.

Your conviction is not solid enough to see this through to the next meeting, Or your position is too big relative to your comfort level and cutting it down to a smaller size will make the pressure less intense as we inch closer to the announcement

china is not at all the catalyst. look at the china releases and see where it goes 2 days after the release. it almost stays where it was
